Non funded Session fees April 2024

Full day (8am – 6pm)

Under 2 years old – £72.50 2-3 years old not in receipt of government funding – £70 3-5 years old for additional hours when in receipt of funding – £70

Morning session (8am – 1pm)

Under 2 years old – £37.25 2-3 years old not in receipt of government funding – £36 3-5 years old for additional hours when in receipt of funding – £36

Afternoon session (1pm – 6pm)

Under 2 years old – £37.25 2-3 years old not in receipt of government funding – £36 3-5 years old for additional hours when in receipt of funding – £36

School Day (9am – 4pm)

Under 2 years old – £52.15 2-3 years old not in receipt of government funding – £50.40 3-5 years old for additional hours when in receipt of funding – £50.40

Hours rate for sessions less than a full day (8-9am or 4-6pm)

Under 2 years old – £7.45 2-3 years old not in receipt of government funding – £7.20 3-5 years old for additional hours when in receipt of funding – £7.20 (additional hours on top of funding will be charges at the hourly rate)

Meal costs (for non-funded children)

Payment

All fees are invoiced in advance and are due on the first of the month. Any extra sessions/hours can be paid on the day or added to the following months invoice. Hourly rates are available upon request.

Funded Sessions

Starting from April 2024, existing childcare support will be expanded in phases. By September 2025, most working families with children under the age of 5 will be entitled to 30 hours of childcare support.

Currently all 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours childcare support with eligible working parents being entitled to 30 hours a week

From April 2024, eligible working parents of 2-year-olds will be able to access 15 hours childcare support.

From September 2024, 15 hours childcare support will be extended to eligible working parents of children from the age of 9 months to 3-year-olds.

From September 2025, eligible working parents of children under the age of 5 will be entitled to 30 hours of childcare a week.

A child is eligible for the childcare fund the term after their eligible age.

  • Spring Term – Your child’s eligible age must fall between 1st September and 31st December
  • Summer Term – Your child’s eligible age must fall between 1st January and 31stMarch
  • Autumn Term – Your child’s eligible age must fall between 1st April and 31st August
