All our staff here at Little Explorers Day Nursery have a full enhanced DBS check, are fully vetted and maintain high standards through continuous professional development and regular supervision. All staff hold a paediatric First Aid certificate.

Bonnie, Bella & Lily
Therapy Dogs In Training
Bella, Bonnie and Lily are our nursery dogs. Bella joined us in September 2023, Bonnie in December 2023 and Lily in July 2024. They are all very popular with all staff and children and a key part of our team! They visit both nurseries every week for cuddles and fun, and are training to be therapy dogs.
Eileen
Senior Manager
Eileen has worked at Little Explorers since February 2013 . She has a foundation degree in Advanced Childcare Practice and Management. Eileen has worked in childcare for over 15 years and oversees both Nurseries.

Hannah
Assistant Manager, Baby Barn Leader (Maternity Leave)
Hannah has worked at Little Explorers since March 2022, she is a qualified Level 3 Practitioner. Hannah is our Assistant Manager, and the room leader in the Baby Barn.

Deputy Manager and Room Leader
Katie has worked at Little Explorers since 2021, she is a qualified level 3 practitioner. Katie is our Deputy Manager, she will mostly be in the Oak Room.

Becca is our longest standing member of staff, being a part of the Little Explorers team since 2008! She moved from Pakenham to Stonham Aspal in 2024 and is a Level 3 Practitioner. Becca will mostly be found in the Over 2’s Room.
